1. Acceptance
By using ScheduleCloud you agree to these terms and to SoundCloud’s own API Terms of Use, which govern any actions taken on your connected channels.
2. Acceptable Use
- Only schedule reposts on channels you own or have explicit permission to manage.
- Do not use the service for spam, artificial engagement, or to violate SoundCloud’s policies.
- Respect per-plan limits on managed channels and reposts per day.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically each cycle until cancelled. Downgrading to Free takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown on the Billing page.
4. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability (see the Status page) but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific promotional results.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or SoundCloud’s policies.
