How the estimate works
A repost shows your track in the feeds of the reposting channel’s followers. Adding up follower counts gives the total potential audience, but channels in the same genre share many followers, so the real number of different people is lower.
The calculator counts the biggest channel in full and adds each other channel’s followers minus the overlap you set. It’s a rough guide: not every follower opens their feed, and inactive or bot followers reach no one. Treat it as the upper bound of who could see your track.
